Return Deadlines

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BiKN for iPhone.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your UNUSED product to BiKN Design to the address below within 5 business days of receipt of item(s).

If you believe your product is defective, it may be covered under the terms of your product's Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty section for specific information.

Claims for missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. In other words, if you open the box and find the charger cord is missing, you must contact us within 2 business days via this form.

Exchanges and Refunds

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund less a 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to Return or Exchange Your Product

1) To return an item, please click here to fill out our Return Authorization Form. Please include any questions you might have in this form.

2) You will be sent a an email from our Support team with a Return Authorization number to include in your package.

3) Please do NOT place labels on the original manufacturer's shipping container

4) Place the original product in the original shipping box with ALL original packing materials, documentation and accessories in the box. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of the return and in the case of an exchange, we will exchange only what you return.and put it in a shipping carton.

5) WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR SHIPPING CONTAINER AND USE THE SHIPPER LABEL FOUND IN OUR EMAIL. No refund or exchange will be made if this step is not completed.

6) Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

7) Please allow 2-3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.

8) If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our Support team.

NOTE: Please be careful to (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to BiKN Design or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Please read the conditions stated here very carefully as we reserve the right to refuse the return if they are not met.

Please note that BiKN Design does not permit the return of a product that you broke or disassembled for any reason. BiKN Design reserves the right to change its returns policy at any time without notice.
