BiKN Warranty Terms

All BiKN for iPhone cases and tags carry a 90-day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship with the customary exclusions noted here.

Exclusions/Limitations

By purchasing a BiKN product, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.

What Our Warranty Will Not Cover

This warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn't cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn't any good after you open any product that isn't intended to be opened - Please do not try to repair or fix this product yourself.

Repair and Replacement

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If you return your product following the return authorization procedure outlined herein within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to us after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.

EXCLUSIONS:

Normal wear and tear, periodic maintenance, repair and replacement due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Abuse and misuse, defects or damage that result from improper operation, storage, misuse, physical damage that results from improper operation, storage, misuse, physical damage such as cracks and scratches, contact with liquids, extreme humidity, sand, dirt, extreme heat or food.

Unauthorized service, modification or alteration. Defects resulting from unauthorized adjustment, alteration or modification in any way by someone not authorized by BiKN are excluded from coverage. This includes product with evidence of tampering such as broken seals or mismatched parts.

This warranty extends to you only if you are the end-user with the original purchase receipt.

BiKN, will at its option, repair replace or refund the purchase price of any product that does not conform to this warranty. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned / refurbished / pre-owned or new units.
